Mannington Commercial will gain AtlasMasland’s existing product lines, tufting machinery and other equipment assets from The Dixie Group’s Atmore, Alabama, facility.
Stanton will assume all operational responsibilities and immediately begin re-locating Cavan’s inventory from Warminster, PA to Stanton’s 227,000 square foot distribution, customer service and fabrication facility in Calhoun, GA.
Spartan Surfaces will operate as a subsidiary of Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc., and will continue to be led by the Spartan Surfaces senior management team.
