Barnwell, S.C. – Swiss Krono Swiss Krono USA, a subsidiary of the Swiss Krono Group, announced that Robert Dichiara, CFO, will retire from the company December 31, 2019, after nearly 15 years of service with the company. Aaron Johnson, formerly of the regional accounting firm Elliott Davis, will succeed Dichiara as CFO.

“Robert has worked diligently to deliver on the company’s growth strategy, and I would like to recognize his strong contribution over many years,” said Erik Christensen, Swiss Krono USA CEO. “Robert will remain with the company until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition of his key responsibilities. His knowledge and insights will be invaluable as we transition the CFO role to Mr. Johnson. I look forward to continuing to work closely with Robert over coming months during the transition.”

Johnson will join the company April 1 and brings more than 20 years of experience in advising and consulting with executives in financial reporting and planning, internal controls, implementation and utilization of technology and risk management. He is currently a licensed CPA in both Georgia and South Carolina and has served on numerous not-for-profit boards.

“His wealth of knowledge in the areas of accounting, tax and finance will benefit the company going forward,” Christensen said.
