MSI recently updated its B2B Customer Portal with advanced features that makes selecting, ordering, tracking (and re-ordering) MSI products faster and easier. MSI is dedicated to ensuring its customers have the tools for success.
Featuring Order Status and Quick Order Reports, customers can reorder items easily from previous orders, order by entering item IDs with quantities one by one, or copy and paste the information from an Excel file. Enhancements allow the user to enter a PO (if applicable), select or add a shipping address, choose delivery method, and add custom notes.
