Salem, N.J. -- Mannington recently inducted its newest 25 Year Club members during its annual 25 Year Club Celebration. Lisa Speakman, human resources and transportation specialist, and John Ridgway III, shipping department, were honored at the banquet which is held each year for the company’s Salem site associates.

“Our annual 25 Year Celebration is my very favorite night of the year,” said Keith Campbell, Mannington Mills chairman of the board, who has been with the company for 42 years. “I love seeing the faces of those I’ve had the privilege to work with over my career, and to honor everyone who has dedicated their careers to our company and help make us what we are today.”

Mannington’s 25 Year Club honors those who have worked for the company for 25 years or more. The Club’s longest service associate has a 51 year tenure and many of the Club’s 40-plus year associates are still on the job today. Each year, the Club gathers to induct new members and acknowledge those moving up within the ranks because of their continued service to the company.
