I4F, a group of companies providing patents and technologies to the flooring industry, announced it will show at DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR March 24-26, 2021, for the second time in six months.

The company’s booth (number E7 G15) will be located in Hall E7 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). The company will share details on its recently launched water-resistant flooring installation technology, iClick4U, as well as digital printing technologies from Hymmen exclusively accessible via an i4F license. All technologies on show in Shanghai are immediately available.

In addition, the company will showcase all the latest technologies and innovations from each of its patent clusters. I4F's Patent Cluster Concept (PCC) offers cutting-edge solutions in the areas of floor-locking technologies, digital printing, materials and panel compositions, board and wall panels, manufacturing processes as well as for surface finishing, notably in grout technologies.

i4F’s i-Click4U is a water-resistant, one-piece drop-lock flooring installation system. I4F’s i-Click4U technology eliminates the need for any chemical sprays or additional sealing substances, like wax or paraffin, normally required to prevent water leaking into flooring panel joints. The new system has exceeded all NALFA tests, including the requirement that panels must withstand water for a minimum of 24 hours.

The company's digital printing portfolio now also includes exclusive access to all Hymmen digital printing technologies, including its award-winning Digital Lacquer Embossing (DLE) technology offering real optics and haptics. The technologies allow or the creation of unique designs and help to avoid the need for inventory on pre-printed materials.

David Song, i4F’s Chief Commercial Officer for Asia and Russia, as well as the local Shanghai team will be physically present on the booth. All other members of i4F’s management team will be available to meet with manufacturers as well as distributors and retailers via the company’s virtual showcase.

“We continue to demonstrate our unwaivering support of the global flooring industry and Domotex asia/CHINAFLOOR by exhibiting in Shanghai for the second time in half a year," said John Rietveld, CEO, I4F. "We took the decision last year to be present at all major global flooring exhibitions, both physically and virtually. This included BAU On-line, TISE Live and Domotex asia/CHINAFLOOR last summer.  Here we are again with an impressive booth full of incredible new innovations and a bright future. We believe in keeping promises and being present, as for us, this shows true commitment.”
