Diverzify, the world's largest commercial flooring installation and interior services business, announced that Apex Group and Corporate Floors, Apex Group's commercial flooring division, have joined Diverzify’s network of brands.

Apex Group, based in Grapevine, Texas, has more than 200 employees and has been providing specialty surface care, custodial services and construction cleaning for more than 25 years. Corporate Floors, will be combining with Diverzify’s Spectra Contract Flooring in the coming months. Apex Group will be added to Diverzify’s growing list of brands, retaining its name and branding while benefiting from Diverzify’s  financial  strength,  national  footprint  and  back-office support, according to a statement.

“Combining with Diverzify allows us to more than double our market presence in a way that would have taken us years to do organically," said Apex Group CEO Thomas Holland.
