After 28 years as chairman of the board of Mannington Mills, Inc., Keith Campbell has announced that he will retire effective December 31, 2023. Zack Zehner, his nephew and president of Mannington Residential Business, will succeed him, ushering in the fifth generation of Campbell family leadership at the company.

Keith has spent his entire career at Mannington Mills, which was founded by his great grandfather, John Boston Campbell, in 1915. He joined the company in 1977 and held a variety of diverse positions in Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance. He was named to Mannington’s Board of Directors in 1983 and, succeeding his father John B. “Johnny” Campbell II, was appointed Chairman in August 1995.

Keith’s successor will be Zack Zehner, who has been president of Mannington Residential Business since 2019 and is a fifth-generation Campbell family member. After law school and a stint as a lobbyist in Washington, D.C., Zehner began his career with Mannington Mills in 2003 as a district manager. In 2005, he was promoted to director of laminate business and in 2006 he was named director of porcelain tile business. In 2008 he was named Vice president, commercial hard surface, and in 2012 he became senior vice president, distributor network. Zack will become executive chairman of the board on January 1, 2024.

Tuley joined Mannington in 2012 as director of Salem operations. Al Boulogne, vice president of commercial carpet and rubber, will succeed Jimmy as senior vice president, residential sales. Boulogne began his career at Mannington in 2003 in Pricing and Rebates and has led teams in marketing, channel management and both commercial and residential product management, which gives him deep understanding of the company’s product lines and go to market strategies.

Whitney LeGate, vice president of commercial LVT and Sheet, is being promoted to senior vice president, commercial product. In this new position, she will lead the strategy and success of all Mannington Commercial product categories, both hard and soft surfaces. LeGate joined Mannington Commercial in 2009 as a sales analyst. Since then, she has held a variety of positions including manager of strategic accounts and manager of sales operations, before moving to the product management side of the business as commercial LVT product manager, then director of commercial LVT; assuming her current role in 2020.
