As a seasoned executive, Redpath has demonstrated a remarkable track record of success throughout her career. Prior to joining Inside Edge, she held key leadership positions at Target Corporation and Lakeshore Learning Materials, where she played a pivotal role in driving business growth, implementing transformative initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence.
