AFS Group, an independent flooring retailer, has acquired the assets and intellectual property of C&S Flooring, an e-commerce hard surface retailer based in Rochelle, Illinois. C&S operates the Flooringmarket.com and Floorlife.com websites servicing 10,000 + customers a year.

As part of the acquisition, AFS will retain the entire C&S senior management team and the operations will continue to be based in Rochelle, Illinois.

Founded in 2005, by Roxanne Charnock and Robert Sandlin, Illinois based Flooring Market.com and Floorlife.com offers LVT, Laminate, Hardwood, Ceramic, accessories, and expertise to consumers and professionals across the country. The company has a strong reputation for service and expertise. They offer leading brands such Paramount, Mannington, Mohawk, Coretec, Daltile, Shaw, Laticrete, and Karndean, among others.
