More than 400 women gathered for the inaugural Beyond Balance conference in Dalton, Georgia, on March 5, 2024, to network and learn from each other.

WIFI Women in the Floorcovering Industry and Shaw Industries Group, Inc.’s Women’s Innovation Network (WiN) collaborated on the event which featured a day of speakers and breakout sessions on leadership, building trust in relationships, acting on instinct, developing your personal brand and self care.

Leadership speaker Tara Renze gave the keynote inspired by her book "Be Who You Came to Be." Renze shared secrets to empowering women to create the life they deserve and desire, making sure their voices are heard, and taking ownership of their vision and career paths.
