Abbey Carpet Co., Inc. and Floors To Go have announced the promotion of Susan Butler to Chief Financial Officer, effective April 2025. Butler, who joined the company as Controller in April 2024, has been elevated to the C-suite after demonstrating exceptional financial leadership skills during her first year with the organization. In her new role, she will oversee the company's complete financial strategy with emphasis on fiscal responsibility, performance analysis, and long-term growth planning.
Before relocating to Florida and joining Abbey Carpet Co., Butler served as Chief Financial Officer for a Connecticut-based precast concrete manufacturing company. Her career includes multiple leadership positions in both family-owned businesses and Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States.
Abbey Carpet Co., Inc. also promoted Bill Wilson to Chief Operating Officer. Wilson, who joined the company in October 1999 as marketing manager, has progressed through numerous leadership positions, including director of marketing, vice president of marketing, and executive vice president. Prior to his long tenure with Abbey Carpet Co., Wilson developed his marketing expertise as Marketing Manager and Art Director for a Florida-based master-planned community developer, where he gained significant experience in real estate development, branding, communications, and promotional market
Floor360, a Madison, Wisconsin-based flooring provider, announced the promotion of Jeff Rathsack to commercial sales manager.
Rathsack began his career at Floor360 in 2004, starting in the warehouse where he managed receiving, inventory, staging and coordinated deliveries. Over the past two decades, his dedication and expertise propelled him through multiple roles, culminating in his most recent position as senior commercial project ,anager. In that role, he spearheaded high-profile projects, including the Summit Credit Union headquarters, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, and The Adria Apartments in Madison, earning a reputation for flawless execution and client satisfaction. His leadership in managing complex project timelines, installation teams, and client relationships has been instrumental in growing FLOOR360’s commercial portfolio.
Wineo, the flooring brand of Windmoeller Inc., named Jess Morse, NCIDQ, as account executive for the New England region. Based in Portland, Maine, Morse brings a decade of experience in design and a deep-rooted passion for sustainability, material health, and customer education.
With a strong background in creating purpose-driven interior environments, particularly within the healthcare segment, Morse has built her career helping clients make informed product decisions. Her consultative approach and expertise in sustainable design position her to deliver real value to wineo flooring customers throughout the region.
