Jeremy Redig, founder of Floor Rescue and Beyond Limits Coaching & Training Division, will conduct the Aras Flake 2-Day Hands-On Training at the Aras Flake facility in Bondurant, Iowa, on June 27-28.
As president of FloorRescue, now in its 20th year of operation, Redig has built a family-owned business into a nationally recognized brand specializing in decorative concrete and resinous floor systems. The company serves custom home builders, commercial general contractors, architects, and designers across industrial, commercial, and residential markets.
The upcoming two-day intensive will provide participants with hands-on experience in flake floor systems, essential floor preparation techniques, polished concrete applications, and metallic epoxy design and installation methods. The practical format ensures attendees gain immediately applicable skills from certified professionals with two decades of field experience.
"Our mission is to elevate industry standards while nurturing the next generation of skilled professionals," Redig said. "This training reinforces our position as both an installer-driven educational resource and a respected authority in decorative concrete and specialty coatings."
The program is supported by industry partners, including distributors Tovah Supply and Aras Flake, power tool manufacturer Makita, abrasives specialist Pearl Abrasive Tech, and professional gear suppliers NiVilli Shoes and Truewerk.
