Canada's leading floor covering distributor, Shnier, Gesco Industries LP, has expanded its partnership with HMTX Contract + Trade to include the distribution of the Teknoflor resilient flooring brand across Canada, effective July 1, 2025.

The strategic alignment builds on Shnier's existing representation of HMTX's Aspecta brand and strengthens the company's commercial product portfolio. Teknoflor is recognized as a cutting-edge resilient flooring brand designed for high-demand commercial and institutional environments.

Shnier, based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, has more than 500,000 square feet of warehouse capacity across Canada and operates seven warehouse facilities, handling over 100 million pounds of freight and receiving over 5,000 trailer loads of goods per year. Founded in 1938, the company sells and services over 4,000 residential and commercial flooring customers.
