Kährs Group has announced the appointment of Rasmus Falck as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for its Nordic flooring division, effective November 2025.

Falck brings over 15 years of leadership experience across both B2C and B2B sectors to his new role overseeing residential and commercial flooring solutions in the Nordic region. Most recently serving as head of strategy in Europe and regional business director for Home & Garden in the Nordics at Bosch Power Tools, Falck has previously held senior sales, marketing, and category management positions at Grohe in Europe and Unibake.

"His experience in both consumer and professional markets, combined with his modern leadership skills, will ensure we maintain the right focus on our Nordic business."

Falck's appointment comes as Johan Lundgren, the current CCO for the Nordic region, has decided to leave Kährs Group for a position outside the company.

Magnusson acknowledged Lundgren's contributions, stating, "I've appreciated Johan's dedication and contribution to Kährs during the years and wish him all the best in his new challenge."

The leadership change supports Kährs' three-pillar business model spanning the Nordic region, Europe outside the Nordics, and North America. Falck's background in commercial strategy, digital transformation, and board experience with AI and SaaS companies is expected to advance the company's transformation and customer engagement initiatives.
