Brazilian natural stone industry to debut exclusive pavilion in Verona

Nearly 70 years after Italian immigrants helped establish Brazil’s natural stone industry, the country is set to make history at Marmomac 2025 in Verona, Italy.
For the first time, Brazil will occupy an entire hall at the world’s most important natural stone trade fair. The “Space It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone” pavilion will bring together 31 companies supported by Centrorochas and ApexBrasil, along with 10 additional firms, showcasing Brazil’s geodiversity, entrepreneurial spirit, and cultural heritage on a global stage.
The pavilion is expected to drive immediate business worth $10 million during the fair, with projections of $50 million over the next year a testament to the growing global demand for Brazilian stone and the visibility this showcase will generate. according to Centrorochas, the Brazilian Natural Stone Association.
“This year’s edition of Marmomac Italy will be marked by the reconnection between the Brazilian natural stone industry and its roots," said Centrorochas President Tales Machado. "No longer as an apprentice or just another country among many others, but as a protagonist, the first country to have its own dedicated hall. The history of the industry in Brazil was shaped by many hands and many cycles; it is only right to preserve this memory and acknowledge all the contributions made thus far and those that continue contributing to the strong development of the country and to it being respected around the world."
