The National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) inducted Claude Taylor into the NWFA Hall of Fame during the association’s recent annual convention in St. Louis. The honor is presented to individuals who exhibit personal commitment and dedication to uniting all segments of the wood flooring industry.
Taylor has been involved in the industry for more than 50 years, starting in the mailroom at EL Bruce Co., and retiring from Memphis Hardwood Flooring Co. as sales and marketing director in 1995. He served as president of NOFMA for two terms, and was on the NWFA board of directors for six years.
