SI Flooring Systems PatternLok Tru-Composite carpet foundation


SI Flooring Systems has introduced two carpet foundations in PatternLok Tru-Composite and PatternLok 2.0.

PatternLok Tru-Composite is designed for commercial and premium residential carpet, using both woven and non-woven technologies to produce a primary backing system designed to maintain carpet alignment during production processing. Tru-Composite also features Tru-line technology, which was designed to reduce bow and skew in carpet manufacturing.

PatternLok 2.0 is a new carpet foundation designed for premium commercial carpet. Features include carpet mendability, increased tufting performance and a quieter tufting process, according to SI.
