Deb Binderhas joinedFlooring Americaas vice president of marketing. Her main responsibilities include defining, establishing and growing the Flooring America brand and developing integrated marketing plans to support the brand. Binder joins Flooring America with more than 15 years of retail marketing experience, most recently as director of marketing for the Timberland Co.’s Consumer Direct Division.

Mannington Mills has promoted two senior members of its styling department. Stuart Beattie has been elevated to senior vice president of residential styling. Joe Amato has been named vice president of residential styling. With these appointments, Beattie and Amato will continue to be responsible for the development and implementation of all residential styling efforts, which encompass resilient, laminate, hardwood, and porcelain tile.

Gardner Industries Inc. has added two regional account managers, Howard Horowitz and Steve Martin. Horowitz will service accounts throughout Staten Island, N.Y., and central New Jersey. He brings a wealth of experience in carpet, laminate and ceramic tile, as well as padding, VCT and sundry products. Martin will service accounts in the Bronx and the New York counties of Orange, Rockland, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, and Sullivan. He brings experience in both the wholesale and retail segments to his position.

Keith Ritter has joined Domco Tarkett Commercial as the southeast area manager for the Nafco brand, covering a territory that encompasses Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, north Mississippi, eastern Kentucky, Florida, the Carolinas, Virginia, and West Virginia. Ritter is responsible for educating all Nafco distributor sales representatives and dealer sales personnel in the southeast region.
