The move follows a market analysis that determined new directions for the hospitality segment and is part of DuPont Textiles & Interiors’ (DTI) recently implemented internal changes to strengthen DuPont Antron marketing efforts.
In his new position, Ahrens will provide marketing direction and support to build the profile of Antron within the hospitality segment, and coordinate joint efforts between DuPont Flooring Systems and Antron to better serve the needs of the hospitality industry.
“I am pleased with the forward-looking leadership of the Antron segment managers, and feel the reorganization is successful in recognizing the individual needs of market segments,” said Ahrens. “I look forward to expanding our knowledge of this market and providing comprehensive service to our clients with the combined efforts of Antron and DuPont Flooring Systems.”
