Amtico Marine flooring
Amtico Marine, a new resilient flooring product developed for use on marine vessels, has been awarded the Wheel Mark certification by Lloyds Register in recognition of the product's compliance with Modules B and D of the Marine Equipment Directive (MED).
To be allowed to display the Wheel Mark symbol, Amtico Marine products were required to meet MED performance standards. Additionally, the manufacturing process was subjected to external audits.
Available in a range of effects including marbles, metallics, stones, and woods with a common gauge of 2 mm, Amtico Marine has been certified to MED 96/98/EC, is manufactured within a system conforming to ISO 9002 and 14001, and comes with a seven-year warranty against wear out.
