Classen USA has named laminate flooring industry veteran Paul Cullom its national sales manager to lead its North American market expansion. As national sales manager, Cullom oversees more than six laminate flooring lines, including the Connect System glueless laminate developed for CCA Global Partners members. He also established Classen's network of distribution partners.

CarpetsPlus of America promoted Kevin Logue to chief operating officer of the company. Logue has served the company for three years in the Chattanooga, Tenn. office, most recently as vice president of operations.

John Foy and Jim Baumgartner recently joined the management team of FloorScapes LLC as operations manager and marketing manager, respectively. Both Foy and Baumgartner have backgrounds in wholesale distribution management of hardwood and laminate flooring.

Burlington Rug Corp. appointed Ken Herron as new business development manager. In his new position, Herron is responsible for developing new markets as well as new products for those markets. Herron brings more than 10 years' experience in product development in the United States and Canada to this managerial role.

Dario Vaccini recently assumed the position of regional sales manager for the southeastern United States for EmilAmerica Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of EmilCeramica, SpA, Fiorano, Italy. In his new position, Vaccini will be responsible for sales and marketing of EmilCeramica and Ergon products in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Puerto Rico.

Peter R. Mileo has joined Precision H2O as national accounts manager. Mileo most recently worked at Creative Edge/Concept Flooring Group in a similar capacity. The new manager is a graduate of Pace College with a degree in marketing management.

Medallion Carpets recently promoted Kevin Coronas to assistant manager. Coronas has served the company for 14 years.

Johnsonite named Cynthia K. Poag solutions development consultant for the Midwest. Poag will be responsible for helping architects, designers and key specifiers solve client problems, and for coordinating flooring solutions that address both design and life safety. Poag has an extensive background in sales and marketing management.

Schluter Systems recently made several changes to its sales team. GM Stiles and Associates, an independent agency comprised of Dave, Jeff and Lisa Stiles, now represents Southern California. Bart Wilde was given responsibility for sales in Colorado and New Mexico. In addition, the company appointed Rob Crowder its field representative for Florida. Crowder brings experience in the tile industry as an installer and as a manufacturer's representative to his new position. Rob Smith was promoted to the position of territory manager. In his new position, Smith manages all sales and marketing activities in Eastern Tennessee, Georgia and the Carolinas.
