ELLISVILLE, Mo.—The National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) will offer “People Don’t Quit Jobs, They Quit Managers,” the organization’s first webcast and audio event on Nov. 7.

The webcast seminar will focus on ways to improve employee retention by building loyalty among employees through managers, understanding employees’ needs and properly training supervisors.

Bill Bayer, a management consultant partner at Grace Advisors, Inc. will be a featured speaker in the webcast. Bayer is Certified Professional Values Analyst and a Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst.

To access the interactive webcast, participants can use a touch-tone telephone with speakerphone capabilities or a PC with an Internet connection and a web browser. After registering, participants will receive a toll-free number and a web link via e-mail to access the seminar. Before the event, participants can download the seminar handout.

The seminar costs $150 for NWFA Members and $225 for non-members.

NWFA will also present “Pricing for Profit,” another 90-minute online seminar, on Dec. 5. The seminar will cover job costing.
