Paul Murfin, a veteran of the flooring business who once ran one of the largest distributors in the U.S, has been named vice president of sales, Armstrong Flooring Products - Americas. In this new role, Murfin will be responsible for all independent channel Residential and Commercial sales in North America. He will report to the company's president and CEO, Frank Ready.

Murfin comes to Armstrong from Beaulieu of America where he was most recently a division vice president. Prior to Beaulieu, he served as president of the flooring distributor Misco Shawnee, Inc., which covers nine Midwestern states. A native of the United Kingdom, Murfin graduated from the City of Birmingham Polytechnic in with a degree in Business and Marketing.
