As Mohawk University expanded its live course offerings to include more than 240 seminars in more than 80 cities, the need for training in retail stores was recognized and a series of new CD training programs were developed.
The CD courses follow two tracks. The Product Knowledge track includes The Pillars of Carpet Performance, and Fundamentals of Wood and Laminate Flooring, with a ceramic tile program in development. The second track focuses on a series of how-to-sell courses.
