Flooring industry veterans Rick and Holly Elfman have launched Windsor Flooring Ltd, a distributor, sales agency and importing business in San Francisco and Las Vegas. The company is headquartered at 330 Wright Brothers Ave., Livermore, CA 94551. the new company will cover northern California and Nevada.

The company is concentrating on floor coverings for the commercial, high-end residential and hospitality markets.
