With all votes tallied from the more than 40,000 ballots distributed, NFT has determined the manufacturer winners of its inaugural Supplier Service Awards. The voting covered 10 product-specific groups and an“Overall Best Product”category, for which Beaulieu of America edged out Armstrong. The other “Best Service” categories and winners follow.

Installation Products, Tools & Equipment: Armstrong (Henry Adhesives), first place; Mapei, runner-up.

Ceramics/Stone: Florida Tile, first place; Dal-Tile, runner-up. Wood Floors: Bruce Hardwood, first place; Mannington Wood, runner-up. Balloting for the NFT Supplier Service Awards kicked off at Surfaces 2000 and concluded on Feb. 15. Members from all segments of the floor covering industry — including manufacturers, distributors, sales agents, retailers, contractors and installers — submitted their choices of the companies that provide the best service in their respective product categories.
