Called “The Green House: New Directions in Sustainable Architecture and Design,” (pictured) the 7,000 sq. ft. fully furnished model house has been designed to showcase the latest sustainable products as well as answer commonly asked questions about green building standards. Following its close at the D.C. museum in June 2007, the Green House exhibit is slated to open at major museums across the United States until 2009, exhibit curators said.
