Basic Coatings, inventor and innovator of water based wood floor finishes has added a line of equipment to help support professionals in more aspects of wood flooring installation, preparation and finishing. The initial offering of equipment will consist of buffers, vacuums, floor dryers and other equipment to improve upon the efficiency of these steps in the floor finish process. Betco Corporation, the parent company of Basic has manufactured and sold equipment to flooring professionals for a number of years. Tim Stephens, Product Manager for Basic Coatings states, “A Basic Equipment line is a natural step for us. Our parent company, Betco Corporation has an equipment division and manufactures equipment for floor care. Providing a line of quality equipment for use by wood flooring professionals is a natural extension of our capabilities as a company.
