Faus wins patent for FasTrim tech
Faus Group said it has been
granted a patent by the United States Patent Office for its FasTrim moulding
technology. The patent includes the use of FasTrim technology “in laminate,
wood, plastic or metal transitions.”
In a related announcement, the company recently rolled out FasTrim Metal and FasTair transitions. FasTrim Metal can be used for all types of flooring in both residential and commercial settings, the company said. Additionally, FasTair is a new stair nose finishing accessory designed to accommodate “virtually any tread thickness.”
The new patent is the latest addition to Faus’ portfolio of technologies. The company also holds patents for its Embossed In Register, JointGuard and MicroBevel products.
