Mohawk Industries has signed a deal with Floor-Expo, a network representing about 100 contractors in the single and multi-family residential flooring business. The partnership includes high-impact broadloom products for the builder and multi-family segments, including special incentives and proprietary features. Additionally, plans call for Mohawk and Floor-Expo to develop proprietary training modules for Mohawk University.

Dave Gheesling, Floor-Expo’s CEO, said the partnership would
be valuable to Floor-Expo members. “This strategic alignment with Mohawk is a
partnership that aims to maximize the value of Floor Expo member companies and
further differentiate them in their local and regional markets,” he noted.
The agreement also names Mohawk as a preferred supplier for
Floor-Expo members, including carpet and hard surface as well as Dal-tile
