Kelley resigns as part of Pergo realignment

Announcing a realignment of the Pergo Group’s global operations, Ralf Eisermann, ceo of Pergo AG, has been named president and ceo of U.S. affiliate Pergo LLC following the resignation of George R. Kelley as Pergo’s president and ceo. Kelley will continue as a company consultant.

“Mr. Kelley joined Pergo in 2007 after Pfleiderer AG acquired the company and effectively handled and completed the integration of Pergo into the Pfleiderer Group,” said Pawel Wyrzykowski, Pergo’s board of directors chairman. “We wish George great success in his new endeavors, and we are very pleased that George has agreed to act as a consultant to Pergo.”
