Avalon Carpet Tile and Flooring has signed a 10-year lease for a 14th location at 310-314 S Henderson Road, Henderson Square, in King of Prussia, Pa. Avalon said it expected to take occupancy this spring.

The Avalon space will occupy 24,000 sq. ft. in the Henderson Square shopping center. The new store will serve the designer, builder, and retail trade.
