General Colin L. Powell
The U.S Green Building Council (USGBC) has announced General Colin L. Powell, USA (Ret.) as its plenary keynote speaker for the upcoming Greenbuild 2010 event November 17-19 in Chicago.
During the two-day event, a special presentation will be made by Chicago’s mayor Richard M. Daley.
