Pecora Corporation announces acquisition of Carlisle Coatings

Pecora Corporation, is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Carlisle Coatings and Waterproofing Incorporated's (CCW's) deck coating product line. The acquisition is part of Pecora Corporation's growth strategy and a continuing commitment to providing the most innovative sealants to the commercial construction market.

The transaction allows Pecora and CCW to concentrate more closely on the core competencies of both corporations. CCW, an industry leader in commercial waterproofing and air and vapor barrier solutions, has agreed to the transaction as part of their strategic focus on products and systems designed to serve the non-residential building envelope market. For Pecora, the addition of the elastomeric deck coating line adds excellent products with an outstanding reputation and an established customer base while promoting production and distribution efficiencies.
