The Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) is hosting its 'Using Moisture Control to Improve Construction Schedules' Webinar again on Thursday, July 24 at 11 a.m. EST.

Presented by Graham Capobianco, the Webinar will educate architects, engineers, design professionals and construction industry personnel on how to use moisture control to compress construction schedules, decrease installation times, reduce risks and eliminate complications that can arise later in the construction process, according to the association.

Capobianco will establish the proper terminology used when discussing concrete and identify the most common causes of moisture related failures in concrete and how current moisture testing and control methods can cause complications and delays in construction schedules.

Attendees will learn how to specify moisture control procedures earlier in the construction schedule, to eliminate risks and reduce installation times and how to select suitable moisture control products for new concrete construction to incorporate into a USGBC LEED sustainable design strategy.
