Last March, Shaw shared the news that Vance Bell was stepping down as CEO and would serve as executive chairman with plans to move to non-executive chairman of the board after 12 months. Shaw President and CEO Tim Baucom has written a letter to share his perspective on the impact Vance has had on Shaw, the industry, and the local community.

The company said the strategy will create efficiencies to strengthen the customer experience.

Working as a cohesive unit, the company said the new leadership structure will foster collaboration, communication, and transparency across all departments.

In this year’s Chattanooga Times Free Press people’s choice award, Shaw Industries garnered the most votes to win Best of the Best for Industrial Manufacturing Company, Logistics Company and Overall Place to Work.

The new hire supports ISE Logiki's western expansion, the company said. 

Totten will work with industry partners on sustainability initiatives, product research and design, and sales and marketing by facilitating transformative thinking to shape the built environment and its impact on people and planet. 

James Saisakorn, RA, and Aleksandr Nizhikhovskiy, RA, have joined the firm.
