Prior to Division 9, she was a small business consultant, focused on helping business owners establish and grow organizations from the ground up. Rossi’s hands-on experience in a variety of industries and growth provides her with a keen understanding of the fundamentals of a healthy business and are featured prominently in her day-to-day activities and leadership.
