Rochester, N.Y. -- Hardwood ecommerce company Revel Woods has launched a completely revamped website to meet the growing demands of the marketplace.

“When we launched the original website in 2017, we did a lot of things that were firsts for the hardwood flooring industry,” said John Dupra, co-founder. “The response was overwhelming. We quickly realized that our systems had to be even better if we were going to accommodate the growth.”

What started as a rebuild of just the back-end systems of the site designed to more efficiently process orders quickly turned into an opportunity to make every aspect of the site better. One of the most touted new features is the completely redesigned Pro Account program. According to Dupra, the team quickly realized that Revel Woods’ proprietary algorithm was very well received by the professional community.

“The original site used an off the shelf affiliate software that just wasn’t a great user experience for what our professional community needed,” said Dupra. “We rebuilt that interface and functionality from the ground up based on our user feedback, as well as our own industry experience.”
