IFTI Grows National Sales Team to Support and Expand PROVision 3D Imaging Solutions

IFTI, the leading independent concrete slab moisture testing company in North America, announces the addition of two senior-level team members—Mike Reilly, National Account Executive, and Joe Everly, Customer Success Manager—to accelerate the successful introduction of PROVision 3D Imaging Solutions to the market.

IFTI’s PROVision Services is a nationwide 3D imaging offering designed to deliver true, real-time visibility of the “as-is” environment. The PROVision service solution allows for improved asset lifecycle management from due diligence to grand opening, and every phase in-between, without having to be onsite. Multi-site brands across the United States and Canada have been increasingly utilizing this service since the launch of the service in 2018. Stakeholders in the Construction, Facilities, Store Planning, Architecture, Business Development, and Real Estate departments are learning to get better visual and dimensional information while spending less. Whether its construction monitoring, asset documentation, safety and compliance, or for getting as-builts in advance of a remodel program, IFTI’s PROVision provides a significant, direct cost savings to their clients.

With over 15 years of B2B sales experience, Mike Reilly joins IFTI as National Account Executive to manage upcoming business opportunities and to develop successful strategies for IFTI’s new and growing service offering. Growth-focused and dedicated to building successful client relationships, Mike prides himself on being an astute communicator able to steward accounts by ensuring loyalty and satisfaction with a collaborative approach.

Joe Everly, who rejoins IFTI as the Customer Success Manager after spending time working at two San Francisco Bay Area startup businesses, brings back the proven experience to make PROVision’s expansion successful.  He will be acting as point-of-contact for customers, advocating for their interests, and giving voice to their feedback. He will be ensuring the highest customer satisfaction and return on investment while enhancing the customer experience. Joe considers himself a minimalist who combines a practical, logical approach with excellent communication skills to both manage and strengthen customer relationships and to help IFTI reach its expansion goals.
