Mohawk’s More Floor Sale, which launches July 23, is aimed to help retailers drive end-of-summer flooring sales through a new look, new promotions, and new products. Five Star Retailers and Edge Retailers that are signed up to participate will receive special consumer financing and in-store point-of-purchase kits, in addition to an updated pricing structure and expanded product basket.

Last fall, Mohawk introduced new SmartStrand and EverStrand promotional styles with savings to drive shoppers in store. This year, Mohawk is giving retailers even more with new hard surface promotional styles. The sale will feature an instant rebate of up to $1,000, to drive trade-up business on an additional set of products. Shoppers can save $100 for every $1,000 spent up to $10,000 on select Mohawk styles, valid on purchases made during the sale period. Mohawk will continue to offer deep discounts on the additional set of promoted products to help retailers offset the cost of the instant rebate.

Mohawk Five Star retailers received in-store support for the sale two weeks prior to the sale’s start. Advertising resources include Neighborhood Ad Manager, which help retailers launch digital campaigns that reach shoppers in their areas and drive them directly into their stores. In addition, Mohawk offers consumer financing through Synchrony Financial. Mohawk said 76% of flooring shoppers surveyed, who are Synchrony Bank cardholders, said they always seek promotional financing options when making a major purchase.
