White Oak Display & Design, a manufacturer of retail merchandising solutions based in Palmyra, Pennsylvania, has hired Milton Goodwin to direct sales for the home improvement market, including floor covering. 

Goodwin has served in executive roles in the flooring industry over several decades and led product management and sales for leading brands—including Karndean, Armstrong, Bruce, and Laufe. His experience covers all flooring channels: commercial, home center, retail, and home builder.
