The California Carpet Stewardship Program has released new instructional videos in both Spanish and English titled "How to Recycle Carpet in California." These videos replace previous versions that garnered over 430,000 views since their 2017 release. The updated videos are available on the CARE website and YouTube channel.

"Outreach to flooring contractors and DIY residents is key to increasing carpet collection," said CARE Executive Director Bob Peoples. "We know that video is how many people get their information these days. It's our hope that these 60-second how-to's will raise awareness of proper carpet preparation and of the convenient 160+ CARE public drop-off sites in the state."
