Participants receive expert instruction and personalized guidance from the company’s installation specialists. The one-on-one interaction is intended to build stronger relationships among Pergo’s Endorsed Installer (PEI) community, and create higher levels of customer satisfaction.

Seminars cover extensive product information, technical details and installation methods for Pergo’s glued, glueless and new pre-applied glue products. Additional course content includes job site evaluation, floor preparation, care and maintenance, navigating the claims process, and a review of support materials available to PEIs.
