Inc. and Mannington Mills announce recently that they have entered into a settlement agreement involving the patent infringement lawsuits filed against each other last
year.
Terms of the agreement, which affect Armstrong Floor Products, a division of AWI, are confidential, according to PRNewswire.
Chan Galbato, president and CEO of Armstrong Floor Products, and Tom Davis,
president and CEO of Mannington Mills, stated that both companies are pleased with the settlement.
