David Williams of N.C.-based Horizon Forest Products was named president. Wayne Cotton of Fla.-based Design Flooring Distributors Inc., became vice president. Don Conner of Harris-Tarkett, based in Tennessee, is the new treasurer and Joe Audino, of Rode Bros. Floors, Nevada, was named secretary.
