Mannington raises prices on residential and commercial sheet vinyl. "Significant cost increases necessitate our price increase," company says.

Mannington Mills said it will increase prices 3 to 5 percent on all of its residential and commercial sheet vinyl lines beginning April 4. The announce follows a similar price hike announced by Mannington Commercial which will implement a 4 to 6 percent increase on vinyl composition tile (VCT) products, effective Feb. 28.

"We continue to experience unprecedented increases in our key raw materials," said Mannington Mills President and CEO Tom Davis. "These significant cost increases necessitate our price increase to the market. However, to allow our customers to make appropriate plans and to assure implementation during a stronger selling season, we have chosen the date Monday, April 4th."
