Quick-Step Inc. has opened a customer service center at its Thomasville, N.C.-based headquarters. The center will be responsible for handling product orders, tracking shipments and providing financial services, according to the company.

As Quick-Step made its initial entry into the United States market in 2001, the company used a third-party logistics firm to handle these tasks. After the launch was completed, the company decided to set up a customer service department in Thomasville. The center will operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., (866) 220-5933.
