Lucke most recently served as senior vice president, secretary and general counsel of Spectrum Brands (formerly Rayovac) in Atlanta, an organization with $3 billion in worldwide sales.

he became the corporate counsel for Case Corp., a manufacturer of farming and
broad base of Jim’s legal knowledge and his experience in a culture of rapid
growth, multiple acquisitions, patent protection and international matters makes
him an ideal fit at Mohawk,” said Jeff Lorberbaum, chairman and CEO of Mohawk
Industries, who noted that Mohawk conducted an exhaustive recruitment process
to fill the general counsel position.
