With an eye toward offering customers better service, Stanton Carpet Corp. has launched an online account management tool called Customer Service Interface. The tool allows customers virtually unlimited access to their accounts to check on orders, print price lists and invoices and designate special access privileges for managers.

To register, visit http://web400.stantoncarpet.com and click on the “Request Access” link. Once the information has been verified, the customer will receive an e-mail with a user id and temporary password, Stanton said.
