The Sovereign is a 50-story, multi-use building that includes “class office” space, retail & restaurant space and 82 high-end ($1M-$11Million) condominium residences. Each of the 82 condominiums is lavishly decorated with an exterior balcony space. All of the balconies (totaling 55,000 square feet of tile) were tiled with 6” x 12” porcelain.

The installation system of choice was from Bostik Hydroment and the products included the following: Hydroment Ultra-Set Advanced Waterproofing, Crack Isolation, Antifracture and Sound Reduction Membrane which contains Blockade Antimicrobial protection; Hydroment PM Thin Set Mortar and all of the balconies were grouted with Bostik EzPoxy 100% Solids Epoxy Grout & Mortar.
